The 2022 rankings
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers and Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers for 2022 were launched during a special broadcast on Wednesday 29th June.
The live broadcast featured a full countdown of the nation’s top apprenticeship employers, interviews with 15 apprenticeship employers featured in the new rankings, and a panel of current apprentices.
Special guests on the programme included Nadim Zahawi, Secretary of State for Education; Susan Acland-Hood, Permanent Secretary at the Department for Education; and Jennifer Coupland, Chief Executive of the Institute of Apprenticeships & Technical Education.
The British Army was named the number one employer in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers and Lander Tubular Products took the top spot in the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers for 2022.

The programme was hosted by Martin Birchall, High Fliers Research and Chanise Evans, a former apprentice at the BBC.
